Larry founded Grycon on the core principles of building long term relationships and treating everyone with respect and integrity. Larry has over 40 years of South Florida Construction experience. Larry’s focus in Grycon is on quality assurance and maintaining long standing relationships.

Patrick Kibler

CEO

Patrick serves as Grycon’s CEO focusing on the overall Operations and planning for the company. He has been in the South Florida construction industry for 20 years. He also holds a State of Florida General Contractor’s license and serves as Grycon’s qualifier.

Eric Montes de Oca

PRESIDENT

Eric serves as Grycon’s President and oversees all business development and marketing. Because of his long time South Florida political and real estate development connections, Eric maintains Grycon’s continuing pipeline of work. Being a recent Past President of the Latin Builders Association has also helped Grycon maintain our status in the community.

Cynthea Waltz

CFO

With over 20 years of experience, Cynthea Waltz brings immense knowledge of construction accounting, property management, and the skill of dynamic leadership to Grycon in her role as CFO.

At Grycon, Cynthea performs all responsibilities associated with accounting and financials. She is in full charge of books with monthly billings of $5-$10 million, as well as 10- 15 clients and payroll for 50 employees. Cynthea also oversees the monthly billings for all lump sum and GMP contracts- including the preparation and generation of all necessary backups, breakdowns, reports, and required bank documents. Working together with the input from project managers, she generates and monitors company WIP statements monthly.


Cynthea received her Bachelor's in Accounting from Florida International University. She has been with the CFMA since 2020 and became Vice President of the Miami-Dade Chapter in 2023!

Charlie Adams

Vice President of Construction

Charlie serves as Vice President of Construction at Grycon, where he brings over 25 years of industry experience to the position, including a GC license and LEED certification. He is a Miami native who loves family, boating, and travel. With two children, family is a top priority, and you'll find Charlie enjoying boating adventures and exploring new places whenever possible.

Chuck Hall

Project Executive

Chuck, Project Executive at Grycon, boasts a 30-year career in construction and holds two degrees from Florida International University. As a family man, he finds joy in his marriage and two daughters. Chuck is a major sports fan and supports many local teams, including the Heat, the U, the Dolphins, and the Marlins.
