Renovation of Courvoisier Centre office buildings on Brickell Key built in 1986 and 1990. Transforming exterior of buildings with state-of-the-art curtain wall window systems. Construction of a brand-new lobby and porte-cochère to connect the two buildings. Renovation of driveway area and adjacent retail center. Interior transformation into Class A Office space and additional 36,000 sq. ft. in new leasable space.
